Surveyor's verdict / key conditions सर्वेयर की जाँच
Verify (i) permit number and expiry on DOL, (ii) route endorsed (vehicle on an unauthorised route = violation), (iii) seating / standing capacity on permit vs actual occupants (over-crowding is a frequent breach that insurers highlight at claim), (iv) fitness and tax valid. On a passenger-injury TP claim, insurer may Pay-and-Recover if occupancy exceeded permit.
