Verdict

Confirm (i) AITP number and validity on DOL, (ii) tourist-vehicle board + livery compliant with 2021 Rules, (iii) tour-booking / client-list for the trip, (iv) GVW class matches the permit. If the vehicle is being used as an ordinary stage / contract carriage without a bona-fide tourist contract, it is a mis-use — a frequent insurer repudiation ground.

पक्का करें — (i) DOL पर AITP number और validity, (ii) 2021 Rules के अनुसार tourist-vehicle board + livery, (iii) ट्रिप का tour-booking / client-list, (iv) GVW class permit से match। अगर गाड़ी किसी bona-fide tourist contract के बिना साधारण stage/contract carriage की तरह चल रही थी — यह mis-use है, insurers अक्सर repudiate करते हैं।
