These terms apply to your use of the Digitaliiisla website and the DigiSurvey application ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by Digitaliiisla Technologies Private Limited.

Legal entity. Digitaliiisla Technologies Private Limited is a company incorporated in India on 19 October 2026 under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62011RJ2026PTC119030; PAN: AANCD1878K; TAN: JPRD10028E), with its registered office at Khemi Sati Road, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan – 333001, India. GSTIN is being obtained and will be published once allotted. Any reference to "Digitaliiisla" or "we" in these terms means this company.

The service

Digitaliiisla provides digital tools that assist with vehicle inspections, documentation and report preparation. Features are marked on this website as Available, In development or Future; only features marked Available are offered today.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login secure and do not share your account.
• Only upload photos, documents and information you are entitled to use, and obtain any consent needed from vehicle owners or other people involved.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.

Professional judgement

The service assists your work; it does not replace it. AI-assisted extraction and automatically prepared report content can contain errors. You are responsible for checking all information and for every assessment, figure and report you issue. Digitaliiisla is not an insurance company, and does not claim approval of its report formats by IRDAI, any government body or any insurer.

Your content

You own the data, photos and reports you create. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you.

Scrap Market and buyer accounts

The Scrap Market lists salvage vehicles posted by surveyors after an admin review. Scrap buyer accounts are free; a buyer can make offers only after the admin team verifies the profile, and must give true business and KYC details. Digitaliiisla does not buy or sell vehicles, hold payments or guarantee any listing, offer or buyer. Inspection, documents, payment, transfer and scrapping are settled directly between the buyer, the seller and the insurer, who should verify the vehicle and its papers before paying. We may reject, suspend or remove any listing, offer or buyer profile that appears misleading or misused.

Fees and billing

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, include GST at the rate in force on the invoice date. Current plans are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by a licensed Indian payment gateway (PCI DSS compliant); Digitaliiisla does not see or store your card or UPI credentials. On successful payment a tax invoice is sent to the billing email on file and is also available in your account.

Access to paid features is activated as soon as the payment gateway confirms the transaction, usually within a few seconds. If a payment is deducted but access is not activated within 30 minutes, write to billing@digitaliiisla.co.in with the transaction reference and we will investigate within 24 hours.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel the annual subscription within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided no more than three paid reports have been generated under it. After the 7-day window, or after the fourth paid report, the annual fee is non-refundable; you can still cancel to stop any future renewal. Pay-per-report charges already consumed are not reversible (the service has been rendered). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days from approval. To request a refund, write to billing@digitaliiisla.co.in from the account's registered email with the invoice number and reason. The complete policy is at /refund-policy.html.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; significant changes will be shown on this page with a new date.

Suspension

We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Digitaliiisla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made on the basis of reports prepared with it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
